UKRAINIAN INVICTUS GAMES SYDNEY 2021
Time and location of the Games
In 2018 the Invictus Games will take place on 20-27 October in Sydney, Australia. This year’s Games will be held across the city – from Sydney Olympic Park to Sydney Harbour. Olympic Park, which was completely overhauled for the 2000 Olympics, will become the main venue for the 2018 Invictus Games. Scenic Sydney Harbour will become the starting point for the sailing races and host cycling events.
Participating nations
This year the number of participating countries will increase to 18, with Poland joining the Invictus Games family. Competitors from the following nations will compete in the Games this year: Afghanistan, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, UK, US.
Sports
Competitors at the Invictus Games Sydney 2018 will compete in the following sports: archery, athletics, indoor rowing, Jaguar Land Rover driving challenge, powerlifting, road cycling, sailing, sitting volleyball, swimming, wheelchair basketball, wheelchair rugby.

In 2018 Ukraine will participate in Invictus Games Sydney 2018. 15 members of our team will compete in Sydney.

SPORTS TRIALS
The purpose of sports trials is to allow wounded veterans and servicemen and women to try their skills in various Invictus Games sports under the supervision of trainers and doctors.
